Self-Pay Rate Information
Currently we only accept cash pay for therapy. You will get an invoice to file a claim with your own insurance.
Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Ensure that you offer timely information whenever there is cancelation or rescheduling of services. We request that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Note that cancellation that is done in less than 24 hours to the due date of the scheduled appointment would be subject to charges.
